Felix Digital is run by Felix in Toronto, Ontario. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you share on this website.
What I collect
When you fill in the contact form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and your message.
When you talk to the AI voice assistant: the audio of the call and a written transcript. If you agree to be contacted, the assistant also takes your name and contact details.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to you, prepare for our conversation and improve the assistant. I don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who handles it
Messages and call summaries are sent to me by email through Resend. Voice calls are run by Retell AI, which records and transcribes them. The website is hosted on Vercel. These services process your information only to provide their service to me.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, at any time. Email felix@felixdigital.ca.
